👉 Key updates
✔️ Harmonization of the inclination angle
The angle for iron is now aligned with that of aluminum: 60° ± 1° (instead of 75° ± 1°).60° ± 1° (instead of 75° ± 1°).
✔️ Addition of a metallic support
A metallic support is now required under the PVC sensor film, only for tests involving iron or copper.
✔️ Modification of the thermal protocol (Annex B – normative)
- Temperature increased to 195°C (vs 183°C)
- Contact time extended to 15 seconds (vs 5 seconds)
