We offer three types of inspection:
Pre-inspection
“Identify the risks before production”
This step allows you to identify non-conformities for better quality of your products before starting production. Our quality control inspectors visit your supplier's site to conduct a physical inspection of the raw materials and the production site.
Final inspection
“Avoid losses before shipping”
Pre-shipment inspection is an essential element in supply chain management that helps avoid losses. It takes place at the end of the production process, once 80% to 100% of the goods have already been manufactured and packaged for export. We comply with the specific requirements of your item.
Online Inspection
“Strengthen production control”
Production inspection can generally take place when 20% to 80% of your products are already manufactured and in the process of being packaged for export. It is part of your overall quality assurance program and provides you with the opportunity to implement necessary corrective measures at an early stage.
We customize each inspection by aligning our checklists with the specific requirements of your products and adhering to your Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). These checklists provide a comprehensive classification of detected defects.
